A Virtual Introduction via Google Meet

The collaboration between Ned Media Pixels and Ballaban Marketing began with an initial Google Meet session. It was early in the morning for the team at Ballaban Marketing in Iran, while in Amsterdam, the Ned Media Pixels team was ready for their first virtual face-to-face discussion about their upcoming website project. Another challenge was the need to create multiple custom landing pages for each service that would feel unique but still harmonize with the rest of the site. Additionally, because this brand is active in the European market, we had to incorporate the latest web design trends and move away from traditional frameworks. Using bold colors, dynamic animations, motion effects, and visual interactions were some of the key elements we focused on for this project.

Targeted Creativity and Structured Design

In the first step, our team conducted extensive research into the design of digital agency websites in the Netherlands and the broader European market. This research involved a detailed analysis of over 50 top agency websites from countries like the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Belgium. The goal was to identify design trends (Design Trends), best practices for user experience (UX Best Practices), and technical metrics that influence site load speed. By thoroughly analyzing graphic elements, navigation structures, landing page patterns, and user interaction models, we gained a deep understanding of the expectations of European audiences.

Next, we used these insights, along with a localized approach tailored to the Amsterdam market, to begin the initial site design. At this stage, our focus was on creating a cohesive visual identity, seamless user experience, and full alignment with the latest web design trends. The design was not just about looking attractive; it had to be functional, interactive, and stand out from competitors. From color psychology to behavioral animations, everything was shaped by our research and the specific needs of the Ned Media Pixels brand.

For this project, we used bold colors, engaging motion animations, modern typography, and modular structures for different pages. Each landing page was designed from scratch—unique in its structure, yet within a cohesive graphical framework. We also made sure that user experience across desktop and mobile versions was fully responsive and consistent.

The conversion rates on service pages increased, user engagement grew significantly, and page load times were reduced to under 2 seconds on average in technical tests.

From a branding perspective, the new site acts as a professional digital showcase for the agency, clearly highlighting their design and advertising capabilities. Visitors to the site are not only attracted by the design but also have a smooth and enjoyable experience navigating through the services.
